As part of the Great Jubilee of the Year 2000, Catering Sector Manager on the occasion of the XV WORLD YOUTH DAY; an event which brought over two million young people from all over the world to Rome for the meeting with His Holiness Pope John Paul II. This appointment was carried out on behalf of the Italian Committee for the XV World Youth Day in collaboration with the Pontificio Consilio per i Laici, the Vicarship of Rome, the Municipality of Rome and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Italian Republic.

Kosovo Emergency; Manager of the Kosovars Refugee Camp in Juban; planner and project manager of the Reception Centre Giovanni Battista Scalabrini which was destined to host other refugees with particular difficulties and unaccompanied children; when the refugees returned home, this structure was transformed into a multi-purpose Health Centre. Director and Construction Site Manager of the Juban aqueduct. These projects were carried out on behalf of the Diocesan Caritas of Piacenza - Bobbio, with funding from the Prime Minister's Office - Management of private funds of the Rainbow Mission.

sent to verify the implementation of development projects in Sudan, as well as to establish direct relationships with Church leaders and the Sudan Council of Churches, on behalf of the Taizé Community (France).

Hydro-geological Disaster of the 5th May 1998; in charge of logistics and relations with the Department of Civil Protection in the Caritas Operational Centre of Sarno (SA), member of the Mixed Operational Centre of the Prefecture of Salerno on behalf of Caritas Italiana -Provincial Delegation Campania; nominated by the Prefecture itself Manager of Evacuation Logistics.

September 1997 - May 1998: Nocera Umbra (Italy):
Earthquake 26th September 1997 and subsequent; in charge of logistics and relations with the Department of Civil Protection in the Caritas Operational Centre Caritas of Nocera Umbra (PG); member of the Mixed Operational Centre (COM) of the Prefecture of Perugia on behalf of Caritas Italiana - Provincial Delegation Umbra.
